Come hungry, San Francisco: Three of life's greatest carbs — pizza, bagels and beer — are joining forces in North Beach tomorrow.
State of play:The Pizza, Bagel & Beer Festival, hosted by the one and only Tony Gemignani, brings together local pizza makers, bagel bakers and breweries for four hours of eating, drinking and debating which food deserves top billing.
The vibe: Think less "food festival where you buy one taco for $14" and more all-you-can-taste carb crawl.
Washington Square will have live music and space to hang out between bites.
Amateur pizzaiolos will also face off in the SF Ooni Pizza Championship.
📍 If you go: 12-4pm on Stockton and Filbert streets.
Adult tickets cost $90 and include pizza and bagel tastings plus four beer tickets, with cheaper options for teens and kids.
