At Sunset Dunes, a disconnected telephone invites people to do just that.
"Ocean Calling" is the work of Outer Sunset artists Jamae Tasker and Sarah McCarthy Grimm, who created the free art installation after each experienced the loss of a younger sibling.
Visitors are invited to speak words of love, grief or remembrance with the hope of helping make mourning a little more visible and a little less isolating.
