Walking through San Francisco's hilly neighborhoods is no easy feat, even for the most experienced city dwellers.
Yes, but: That didn't stop Axios SF reader Lucas Spain and his friend Peter Dolan from walking 100,000 steps across the city in less than 24 hours.
The latest: The pair set out on their strenuous journey last Saturday and accomplished the roughly 50-mile walk within 20 hours, according to a Reddit post by Dolan.
They departed from Pacific Heights at 2:30am, headed north along the Embarcadero towards the Chase Center, then reversed course and walked west to Ocean Beach, south to the SF Zoo and east to the Mission.
They finished with laps around the Panhandle around 10pm.
