What to expect: The menu features Sichuan noodles with salsa macha, handmade tortillas with basil butter, halibut crudo and fried chicken with escabeche and a fermented serrano pepper hot sauce.
Landa pays homage to her family's native Michoacán with the uchepo, a sweet corn tamal.
Local Mexican bakery Norte54 will also offer two desserts: a tres leches cake with apricot rose jam and a corn ice cream sundae with dulce de plátano, caramel and pecans.
