St. Patrick's Day commemorates Irish culture, highlighted in San Francisco by a sprawling parade dating back to the 1850s.

- Here's where to celebrate:
🎭 The St. Patrick's Day Comedy Festival kicks off Friday and lasts through Monday, featuring 70 minutes of laughs from four to five comics in every set. Irish themed cocktails and green beer will be served.
- Two shows each night at 7 and 9pm on Friday and Saturday and 7 and 8:45pm on Sunday and Monday. Tickets start at $25. Located at The Function at 1414 Market St.
🍻 "LepraCon" is hosting three pub crawls this weekend in the Marina and Russian Hill. Friday and Sunday start at 6pm and Saturday starts at 2pm at Mayes Oyster House on Polk before moving to venues like Shanghai Kelly's, Wreck Room, R Bar and more.
- Tickets start at $12. Drink specials, a shuttle bus, a find the gnome contest, and more are included.
🍺 Kiss Me, I'm Irish! bar crawl in North Beach offers yet another opportunity to get sozzled. Starts at 2pm on Saturday and at 6pm on Monday at Northstar Cafe, before traveling to spots like The Irish Times, Gino & Carlo's and Tupelo.
- Tickets start at $20.
☘️ The St. Patrick's Day parade will celebrate its 174th year on Saturday from 10am- 5pm, beginning at the corner of 2nd and Market before make its way down to Civic Center Plaza.
🎉 "St. Pat's on Front" block party hosted by the Downtown SF Partnership on Monday from 2-10pm will have live performances, green beer and classic Irish fare. Located at 245 Front St.
🎊 The Irish Bank annual block party will take place twice this year, on Saturday from 11am- 11:30pm and again on Monday from 1:30- 11:30pm and includes traditional Irish music and celtic rock performances. Located at 10 Mark Lane.
🇮🇪 The United Irish Cultural Center will have traditional music, food, dancing and family-friendly activities all weekend. Located at 2700 45th Ave.
- The St. Patrick's Day in Ireland concert on Friday from 7- 9pm features a festive show filled with the sound of bodhrán, fiddles and uilleann pipes. Tickets start at $39 for members, $44 for the public.
- The post-parade after party on Saturday from 2- 9pm will be your chance to eat a traditional corned Beef and cabbage meal, see live bands and more. Free for members, $12 entry for the public.
- The Green Fest block party on Sunday from noon-6pm will have food, vendors, and more along a block on 45th between Sloat and Wawona.
- The St. Patrick's Day celebration on Monday starts at noon. Free for members, $12 for the public.
