The latest: You can still get your fix of Southern food at Da Boot To Da Bay at Stagecoach Greens near the Chase Center.
The food truck specializes in authentic New Orleans-style fare, including crawfish étouffée, boudin sausage, plus their best-selling red beans and rice.
💭 My thought bubble: Try the beignets. These were as good — if not better — than the beignets I've had in NOLA!
If you go: Find them at 1379 4th St. Open from noon-8pm Monday through Friday and 11am-5pm on Saturday.
