Catch up quick: Cupid's Undie Run is an annual fundraiser held around Valentine's Day in 34 U.S. cities to raise awareness for neurofibromatosis.

Why it matters: The rare genetic condition affects 1 in 2,000 births and causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body.

• Those with the condition can't put on clothes to feel comfortable, so being bold in your undies is a great way to support the cause.
