From art gallery parties and cheap tacos to live comedy and music dance battles, there's plenty to do this long holiday weekend. Check out a few of our top events:
Friday
🌮 Pay-What-You-Can Taco Day: Order off the "Taco Love" menu and pay anywhere between $0 and $10. The taqueria will donate a free meal to someone in need when someone pays full price.
- Every Friday from 11am-5pm at Tato in the Bayview.
🪩 Battle of the Decades party: Every hour, a DJ plays hits from a different decade with drink specials to match – $1 drinks begin at 5pm during '60s hour and increase a dollar by the hour.

Saturday
🧧 The Richmond's Lunar New Year parade: Head to the Richmond for the neighborhood's first-ever celebration commemorating the festive holiday.
- From 3:30-8pm at Balboa Street between 35th and 39th Ave.
🥐 Satur-Bake Fundraiser: Support the fire relief efforts in L.A. by picking up one of these decadent pastries for sale, including a beef bulgogi croissant, meyer lemon meringue danish and banana cream pie doughnut or special pastas from chef de cuisine Jack Irving.
- From 10am-1pm or until sold out at Octavia.
🎉 SF Art Week Kickoff Party: Free party celebrating the launch of the city's premiere annual art event.
- From 6-9pm at the new Institute of Contemporary Art in downtown.

- Futurama: Shut Up and Take Our Money: The voices behind your favorite cartoon of the future get together live onstage. From 7:30-9:00pm at the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre. Tickets start at $53.
- Sketch and Improv showcase: With comedians Big Apartment (NYC), Chugga Chugga (LA), Jane Austin Improv (Austin, TX) and Limited Breadsticks (SF). From 5-6:30pm at Eclectic Box. Tickets start at $30.
Sunday
🎶 Hip-Hop and R&B party: Listen to classics and today's best hits at the city's most-loved LGBTQ bar.
- From 3-8pm at El Rio. $10 cover.

- Edinburgh Spotlight: Shitty Mozart: Aaron Nemo, a writer for "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" performs a chaotic, "experimental one-man multimedia concerto." From 3-4:30pm at Eclectic Box. Tickets start at $33.
- Journos: A Stream of Consciousness News Hour: Journalist comedians present news that "improvisers riff off of or become part of as 'live reports.'" From 3-4:30pm at The Lost Church. Tickets start at $31.

Monday
🕊️ MLK Jr. Day Celebration: Free event honoring the late civil rights activist with live performances, art and music.
