I'm interviewing Jess Smith, president of the Bay Area's new WNBA team, next week at Manny's and I want to hear from our readers beforehand!

State of play: The yet-to-be-named team hits the hardwood in May 2025 and will play at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

• Smith, the former head of revenue for the National Women's Soccer League's Angel City FC, was brought on in January to lead the team.
