Miamians have a lot to be stressed about. The end of mango season. The start of school. Another Dolphins season.
Why it matters: Hotels and spas are offering discounted massages, facials and other relaxing treatments as part of Miami Spa Months, which ends Aug. 31.
- Special rates vary between $109, $159 and $199, offering 40% off the original price, according to the Greater Miami Visitors and Convention Bureau, which organizes Miami Spa Months and Miami Spice.
Pro tip: Look for hotels that include complimentary pool access.

🐠 The Spa at Carillon Miami: $159 for a 50-minute massage or other treatments. Spa access included. Free cabana pool and beach access Monday-Thursday or $40 Friday-Sunday.
- We visited the Carillon back in 2022 and it was fantastic. Hitting the pool was the highlight of our day.
🌴 The Palms Aveda Spa: $159 for a 50-minute massage. Includes pool, beach and spa access. Valet parking is $21.

- They offer a glass of Mimosa after the treatment.
🌊 Sea Spa Miami at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel: $159 for a 50-minute massage. Spa access included. No pool or beach access.
🦶 mySpa at InterContinental Miami: $159 for a 50-minute massage with a foot scrub. Includes spa and pool access. Parking validated up to 4 hours for spa guests.
🪼 Gale Wellness Spa at Gale Miami Hotel and Residences: $159 for a 50-minute massage with a body wrap featuring "algae jam."
🥥 The Ritz-Carlton Spa, South Beach: $159 for a 50-minute massage. Includes spa and beach access "based on availability." Complimentary valet parking.

💆 The bottom line: We chose The Palms Aveda Spa for the free pool access, the free champagne and the fancy couple's massage suite. There's cheaper parking nearby.
