Presale tickets are now available for the Underground Music Showcase as it makes its debut this July in the River North Art District.

Why it matters: It's a new era for Denver's largest and longest-running music festival, as organizers hope to turn its cultural capital into financial viability.

State of play: Three-day general admission tickets start at $75 plus fees.

A discounted four-pack runs $65 each ticket plus fees.

If you go: UMS boasts more than 200 live performances across 12 stages and venues throughout RiNo, with 150+ local acts expected, per a statement from organizers Two Parts and the RiNo Business Improvement District.

$5 from each ticket sold will be used to support creatives and programming in RiNo.

Flashback: Organizers said in February the festival would return for its 26th edition after wrapping its South Broadway run last year.

What's next: The full festival lineup drops next month.

UMS is July 24-26.
