Chinese dim sum, dumpling and noodle spots are spreading across Denver — and filling up fast.

Driving the news: Over the past few months, several new restaurants focused on Chinese specialities like Szechuan noodles and hand-rolled dumplings have opened around town.
- They've quickly racked up rave reviews and long lines, tapping into diners' appetite for more affordable, comfort-forward food.

- Meanwhile, local chain Nana's Dim Sum & Dumplings is continuing its expansion, with a new location planned for Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood.
