Where to watch Copa America, Euro 2024 tournaments

Soccer fans rejoice: Two major international tournaments will take place simultaneously this summer.

The big picture: The UEFA European Football Championship tournament begins Friday, with host country Germany playing Scotland.

The tournament includes 24 European countries.

Meanwhile, the Copa America — hosted by the United States and featuring North and South American sides — kicks off with Argentina versus Canada on June 20.

Canada, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, the U.S. and Panama will join 10 nations representing South America.

State of play: Here are five places to see the tournaments in Denver, which missed out on hosting Copa America games.

DNVR Bar (2239 E Colfax Ave.)

The sports bar will host watch parties for all three first-round U.S. men's national team games in Copa America, including drink specials.

Sobo 151 (151 S Broadway)

A Czech-owned sports bar along one of the city's livelier corridors will let you enjoy traditional Czech dishes like chicken paprika and potato pancakes while you root for Czechia in the Euros.

The Celtic on Market (1400 Market St.)

The Irish-style pub located steps from historic Larimer Square hosts national team supporting groups for the U.S. men's national team, as well as England, Peru and Scotland — all teams playing in this summer's tournaments.

Tight End Bar (1501 E Colfax Ave.)

You can celebrate Pride Month and watch footy at Denver's only gay sports bar, which recently celebrated its third anniversary.

Tom's Watch Bar (1601 19th St.)

The LoDo bar and restaurant is quickly becoming the go-to place for sporting events. It will host both EURO 2024 games as early as 7am, with Copa America games hosted mainly in the evenings.
