Isaac Slade, frontman for the hit band The Fray, is selling his home in Denver's West Highland neighborhood where he's lived with his wife for over a decade.

Details: The three-story Victorian estate hit the market July 18 at $2.95 million and has been completely restored by the couple, according to the listing.

  • The 5,286 square-foot property was built in 1890 and offers four bedrooms, three baths, a hidden speakeasy and private library.

Of note: The living room once housed the piano Isaac used to write many of The Fray's top tracks. (And now we can't stop singing "Over My Head.")
