The state of play:People fled to the mountains for socially-distanced escapes last year. But Brian Ferdinand, Managing Partner at CorpHousing Group, predicts tourism will skyrocket downtown this summer.
- Last spring, short-term rentals were at 40-60% occupancy in the Denver metro area, compared to 60-80% now. The summer of 2020 was stronger for Denver, with occupancies closer to 75%.
- "We expect the same for this year but at higher average daily rates," Ferdinand said.
