State of play: Shooters Cleveland has created a flashy, big-city vibe in the West Bank since reopening under new ownership in March.

The big picture: Shooters' vibe of skyline views and late-night dance parties puts it in direct competition with the East Bank's FWD Day + Nightclub, which opened in 2015.
