Cleveland becomes the center of the college wrestling universe starting Thursday, with the NCAA Division I Men's Wrestling Championships at Rocket Arena.
Why it matters: The event is expected to generate more than $19 million in economic impact for Northeast Ohio, per the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.
How it works: The championships start at noon and run through Saturday night.
State of play:Penn State is expected to dominate with seven of the top seeds as the school chases its fifth straight team national title under coach Cael Sanderson.
