👋 Sam and 👊🏾 Troy here. We took a leisurely lunch yesterday to try out the new Topgolf location in Avon.
Driving the green: The venue opened Sept. 19 and features 64 outdoor climate-controlled bays across two levels and a full-service restaurant with a 22-foot video wall and loads of big-screen TVs.
It's the third Topgolf in the region, representing a sweet spot between the outpost in Akron and the three-level mothership in Independence.
⛳️ Pin shots: We tried a handful of the target-based games, but then opted for a few holes of simulated golfat the Old Course at St. Andrews, made possible by Topgolf's Toptracer technology.
Sam was three over through five holes. Troy got to explore little-known corners of the pixelated Scottish countryside.

Be smart: Topgolf can be a pricey outing, especially on nights and weekends, but half-off pricing Monday-Thursday ($21-$33 per hour) is a huge savings.
