The documentary crew that followed Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch turns its attention to a struggling Toledo newspaper in this spinoff of "The Office."
State of play: All 10 episodes of "The Paper" drop today on Peacock, NBCUniversal's streaming platform.
😲 The intrigue: NBC initially planned to set the show in Cleveland, according to Cleveland.com editor Chris Quinn, but Quinn rebuffed the network's early inquiries on principle.
What he said: "Reporters in newsrooms across this country are doing the best they can to try and do their jobs, but they are much depleted," Quinn said in May.
"It's not really funny to make characters in a newsroom look like buffoons."
