👋 Sam here. Noble Beast tapped a new beer for the first day of summer, so I swung by the taproom this weekend to give it a try.
Beer of the week: "Noble's Spaghett," the brewery's take on the faddy summer cocktail made with Miller High Life, Aperol and lemon juice.
What they're saying: "Bright blood orange, raspberry and sweet fruit pop in the aroma while a slice of Meyer lemon brings refreshing acidity," Noble Beast describes their latest offering.
"A bittersweet and dry finish makes this spritz of a beer the ultimate thirst quencher."
Noble's Spaghett in all its glory.
Verdict: A well-balanced summer beer, without the oppressive Aperol bitterness that, in my view, can spoil a good High Life.
It runs $7 for a 16-oz. pour.
