Summit County saw 19.7 inches on April 4, 1987. Lake County was hit with 21 inches on Nov. 24, 1950, while Lorain took on 16.5 inches a day later.
Geauga County's record is more recent with 18.9 inches on Jan. 4, 2010. Medina and Portage Counties' both recorded 18 inches on the same day: Dec. 2, 1974.
