👏 Weekly winner: Donovan Mitchell, who should be on the short list for Eastern Conference Player of the Month honors.

• It's his teammates putting up the gaudy stat lines, but Spida remains the team's most dynamic scorer. His sacrifices have paved the way for the Cavs' success.
• This week, he passed both Danny Ferry and Wesley Person on the Cavs all-time three-point leaderboard. He is now ninth in franchise history.

📉 Weekly loser: Ty Jerome.

• In November, Jerome was mentioned as an early Sixth Man of the Year candidate, averaging 12 points in 21 minutes per game off the bench.
• In December, he was down to seven points per game in 15 minutes of action. His minutes could be cut further still once Isaac Okoro returns.
