Cleveland Street Chronicle launches wrapping paper issue

Flashback: Originally the Homeless Grapevine, the publication was founded in 1991 to publish stories for and by people experiencing homelessness and to give them opportunities to earn money.

• Historically, vendors purchased copies of the paper for a quarter and sold it for a dollar, keeping the difference.
