Two new sports bars coming to downtown Cleveland

• Tom's Watch Bar, known for its abundance of screens, will occupy the ground floor of the Electric Building at 700 Prospect, formerly the headquarters of the United Church of Christ.
• Willoughby's K&D Properties purchased the property in April and is in the midst of a major residential conversion there.
• Per Cleveland Scene, the bar will occupy the former UCC chapel space. Though a lease has been signed, there is no projected opening date as yet.

Urban Meyer's Pint House, the Columbus-based chain named for the former Ohio State head football coach, will open next year in the former Winking Lizard location at 820 Prospect.

• The chain is owned by Cleveland's Saucy Brew Works.

Between the bars: Sandwiched between the two new watering holes are
a Buffalo Wild Wings and the beloved local bar City Tap.

• Southern Tier Brewing Company's Cleveland location is directly across the street.
