Jane Austen will have a huge presence in Cleveland over the next two months.
The intrigue: Allen Theatre has opened its doors to Cleveland Play House's production of the English novelist's "Pride and Prejudice."
The show runs through Sept. 29.
Between the lines: It opens on the heels of news that a conference focused on Austen's work — equipped with 19th century costumes, workshops and balls —will take place Oct. 18-20 at the Cleveland Hilton Downtown Hotel.
