Dig in: Sea Level's executive chef, DJ Ivey, is behind the menu. Expect signature dishes like beef tartare with bone marrow, double bone short rib carved table side and truffle pasta carbonara.
Zoom in: The 4,800-square-foot restaurant was previously home to Bar One Lounge. It has two private dining spaces: one for up to 12 guests and another for up to 32, each with a private entrance and a full bar.
If you go: Find Packard Tavern at 222 S Church St. It'll be open Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
