The Club, a two-story fitness-meets-co-working space in South End, will host its grand opening today from 8am-1pm with a live DJ, cold plunges, coffee and merch.
- Only the facility's top floor will open today. The bottom floor, which houses the fitness studios, will open at a later date due to an unforeseen mechanical issue, The Club's owners announced on Instagram.
What to expect: Located in the former Frothy Beard Brewing space at 1200 S. Graham St., once fully open, The Club will be spread across two floors.
- The first floor is the co-working space with 30 seats and a full-service coffee bar serving Pertinacious Coffee and a selection of snacks and pastries.
- The bottom level is home to The Club's two fitness studios, lockers, two bathrooms, three showers, a changing room and stocked dry bar.
Context: The Club soft-opened last winter. It held cycling classes on the ground level (now the co-working space), while the bottom floor underwent renovations, including the build-out of both studios.
