Speaking of SouthPark, the popular SouthPark After 5 is back starting tomorrow at Symphony Park.
Why it matters: The free entertainment series drew 25,000 people in 2023, according to SouthPark Community Partners, which puts on the events alongside Southern Entertainment.
Each family-friendly event features live music, hands-on art experiences, food trucks and craft drinks, per SCP.

April 18 – Sol Fusion and face painting with Face Art & More
April 25 – "On the Border — the Ultimate Eagles Tribute" and caricatures with Charlotte-based artists
May 2 – Shelley Ruffin's "The Sounds of Memphis" and coloring station with The Broken Crayon
May 9 — Wells Fargo Championship concert ticketed event: Yacht Rock Schooner
May 16 — "Landslide," a tribute to Fleetwood Mac and spring flower giveaway
May 23 — Coconut Groove Band's Steely Dan tribute and community coloring wall with DRAW IT by Mel
