8-Bit: Heroes Cosplay After Party w/ Dax at Bar Argon: Join the Charlotte Gaymers Network for an unofficial HeroesCon after-party with festivities like a cosplay contest, a RuPaul’s Drag Race viewing party and a drag show. 9pm. Free for Argon Members; $5 for guests. Details.
Sean Mason Trio A Six Year Anniversary Celebration at Middle C Jazz: Originally hailing from North Carolina, the New York City-based jazz band is turning six and is celebrating with an evening of jazz. 9:15pm. $40. Details.

Great American Campout at Anne Springs Close Greenway: Spend a night out under the stars enjoying activities like fishing, archery and kayaking. There will be guided night hikes, dinner (all-beef hotdogs and chips) and s’mores for dessert. In the morning, there will be a light breakfast and a guided morning hike. June 25-26. $22. Details.
Rock & Stroll 5k at Suffolk Punch Brewing: Dress like a rockstar and run for a good cause. Participating in this event supports Cancer for College, a charity that provides need-based college scholarships and educational experiences to cancer survivors attending school in the Carolinas. 8am. June Cornhole Tournament at Protagonist South End: Register with a partner and get ready to show off your cornhole skills. Dude Perfect That’s Happy Tour at the Spectrum Center: You may recognize Dude Perfect from their daring trick-shot videos on YouTube. Their antics have gotten them more the 57.6 million (!) subscribers. Watch “the Dudes” compete in battles, tell their laugh-out-loud stories and try to pull off some crazy stunts. 6pm. $32.50.
