(2) You can choose the unlimited tasting menu for $26…
Chef Kato’s unlimited tasting menu touches on twists on the classics (eggs and bacon, Benedict, biscuits and gravy) but includes several you probably never expected to have for brunch. Sweet and sour calamari? Fries smothered in green curry gravy? Sushi rolls? You can have it all.
Each dish is served as a tasting portion, and each individual can only order two items at a time (which helps prevent ordering more than you can actually eat).

(3) …or order a la carte.
Each item on the unlimited tasting menu is also available a la carte if you’d rather order full portions. A separate section below contains a burger with truffle mayo ($14), tuna pastrami ($16), crispy chicken with spicy pickles ($12) and crispy cod ($14) – all served with fries or a side salad.

So get ready to get your bubbly on. Mimosas and Bloody Marys are also offered and happen to be priced very kindly ($7 and $6, respectively).
