Beautiful Uptown apartments near the new Whole Foods will run you $1,120 to $7,500 per month

The complex also includes the 39,000-square-foot Whole Foods (SouthPark’s is 42,000 square feet for comparison), a transit plaza complete with around 2,000 square feet of leasable space and around 7,500 more square feet of space on Stonewall.

This project is the realization of years of work by Crescent Communities and is set to be the first truly transformative project to finish on the Stonewall Corridor.

Not only is it adding an insane amount of residents, but the Whole Foods is a game changer uptown. In addition to that, we are getting an EVEN hotel, a Home2Suites hotel and an additional 13,000 square feet of retail in the Home2Suites. Asana Partners is handling the retail leasing so I have full confidence we will see a fantastic mix of tenants.

The complex itself is beautiful, with finishes beyond your usual ‘apartment-grade crap’ which is a welcome surprise.

The amenity deck is breathtaking and has top-of-the-line views of the city.

You can see 95% of our gorgeous skyline in all its glory. The club room and fitness centers are right off the pool and also offer their own spectacular views.

What I love about the pool deck is its size.

The pool is enormous. While apartment complex pools seem to be getting smaller and smaller, Stonewall Station goes all out with a huge L-shaped pool. Not only that, what is more annoying than going to the pool and not being able to find a chair? That seems like it will be less of an issue here as they have a TON of chairs. The fitness center is also huge and will rival most gyms.

There is a wide range of unit sizes, layouts and pricing. Given all you get living here, the prices can be quite reasonable.

There is also a dog park, a ground level courtyard, the aforementioned transit plaza, 10’ ceilings in the units, 19th-floor sky lounge, marble stone backsplashes, quartz counters and much more.

My fiancée used to live in the complex ‘attached’ to the Whole Foods in SouthPark, and I can tell you first hand: living at one is incredible. Residents here will have the best amenity of all: Living at a Whole Foods and that is including being steps from the light rail station! I can also tell you first hand there, living on a light rail station is fantastic.

Rent ranges from $1,120 for a studio to $7,500+ for two- and three-bedroom units.
