Ryan Homes is planning to build a 120-unit townhome community in the fast-growing Oakhurst neighborhood.
The Townes of Oakhurst will feature 3-story townhomes with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. Square footage will range from 1,900 to 2,300 square feet and pricing will begin in the $290,000s.

The project is similar to townhomes Ryan Homes has built in West End — modestly priced but in desirable locations.
The company recently finished up the Bryant Park Townhomes, which are slightly smaller but similarly priced, off West Morehead Street near Pinky’s.
Ryan Homes also built the City Park townhomes on the site of the old Charlotte Coliseum.
The company is currently taking pre-orders on the Oakhurst townhomes.
