A new community of townhomes a mile from Uptown that start at less than $300,000 is in the early stages of construction. Somehow, there are 9 of them still unsold.
The Bryant Park Townhomes are between 1,700 and 1,800 square feet and include three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. All 200 of them should be finished by early 2018.

Prices will run from $295,500 to $330,000, depending on the unit.

Ryan Passante, a senior sales and marketing representative for Ryan Homes, said pricing is determined based on the unit’s location — end units are more expensive — and certain features, such as hardwood floors.
The nine new Rosecliff townhomes will fit in with the existing Bryant Park community and will match the townhomes that are already constructed.
The community includes 191 other townhomes and 50 single-family homes that have already been sold. Passante said those prices ranged from the lower $200,000s to upper $300,000s. Construction for the homes began in 2015.

The development is about a mile from Uptown.
It’s within walking distance to restaurants and bars, such as Pinky’s Westside Grill and Rhino Market and Deli.
