Hello Monday.
On Saturday, I was 1 of the 10 judges at the Charlotte Food Fight. Like an idiot, I ate P.F. Chang’s the night before (Chang’s Chicken and Korean Beef). And, I ate it again at 9:17 am Saturday morning. Which is gross. Should have fasted. Side note: I can’t figure out P.F. Chang’s clientele. Guys in blazers. Guys in tank tops. Ladies going clubbing after. Ladies going to the lake after. View the 11 food truck dishes I consumed over 2 hours. Yes, I ate a Tums right when I got home. Anyways.

Have an intense Monday and I wish I was consuming littleSpoon’s French Toast instead of a cinnamon raisin english muffin as I write this.
