What's happening: I recently stopped by Rosie's Wine Bar on West Sixth Street for a drink and a bite to eat.

• Rosie's happy hour includes half-off specialty cocktails (spritzes) and select wine bottles weekdays, 3-6pm.

To order: I enjoyed the Lambrusco spritz, normally $15, for $7.50.
