Watch the Spurs and down some tacos

The San Antonio Spurs are hosting a watch party tonight at a bar in East Austin.

Why it matters: Ahead of the team's two-game residency at the Moody Center in February, the team continues to try to build its Austin fanbase.

What's happening: Fans can watch the Spurs at Chalmers as they take on the Rockets in Houston.

• Fans can get three free tacos from Discada and free churros from Churro Burro while supplies last.

If you go: Doors to the all-ages, free party open at 6:30pm. Tip-off is at 7pm.

What's next: The Spurs play in Austin on Feb. 19 against the Phoenix Suns and Feb. 21 against the Sacramento Kings.
