A new music festival is coming to Central Texas.
Driving the news: The Tanglefoot Music and BBQ Festival debuts Sept. 12-13 in downtown Temple, with a stacked lineup of Texas country artists like Parker McCollum, Randy Rogers Band and Robert Earl Keen.
Zoom in: More than 20 country and Americana music acts will perform on two outdoor stages on Temple's MLK Festival Grounds.
Attendees will also be able to taste barbecue, although specifics about the barbecue-side of the fest have yet to be announced.
📍 If you go: General admission and VIP weekend tickets are available, starting at $209. Ticketholders can add passes for unlimited tastings from over a dozen pitmasters for each day of the festival.
