We've got another mocktail recipe for y'all as we approach the end of Dry January.
What's happening:Aba changes its zero-proof menu throughout the year, and this offering by senior beverage manager Thomas Mizuno-Moore can be recreated at home.
Aba's Faux-Loma Recipe:
Ingredients:
0.75 ounces of lime juice
1.5 ounces of Appel's Pineapple Serrano Cordial
2 ounces of grapefruit soda
1 pineapple wedge
1 dash of Aleppo pepper
Combine lime juice and Pineapple Serrano Cordial in a shaker. Add ice and shake until cold. Add grapefruit soda to the shaker and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprinkle of Aleppo.
