Former Vice President Kamala Harris' "60 Minutes" interview at the center of a lawsuit from President Trump was nominated for an Emmy on Thursday.

The big picture: Trump filed a lawsuit against CBS ahead of his election win over Harris, alleging the interview with the then-Democratic presidential candidate was deceptively edited.

The network maintains it did nothing wrong and said in February the interview "was not doctored or deceitful." They have since released the entire, unedited interview.

Driving the news: The interview, which aired in October, was nominated for the category of outstanding edited interview.

Zoom in: Trump this week resumed his attacks on "60 Minutes," alleging CBS removed a "bad and incompetent" response from Harris.

"The case we have against 60 Minutes, CBS, and Paramount is a true WINNER," Trump wrote on Truth Social Wednesday. "They cheated and defrauded the American People at levels never seen before in the Political Arena."
