Matt Gaetz to join OANN with primetime talk show

Driving the news: "The Matt Gaetz Show," a one-hour political talk show, will air every weeknight at 9pm ET.

• He will also co-host a weekly podcast with Dan Ball, another OAN host, tailored toward late Gen Z, millennial and early Gen X audiences.

Catch up quick: Gaetz ended his short-lived attorney general nomination last month after his pathway to confirmation appeared tenuous.

• He later said he wouldn't return to his seat in the next Congress.
• His former colleagues have threatened to vote again on releasing an ethics report regarding sexual misconduct and other allegations against Gaetz if Trump appoints him to a White House job.
