FTX chief engineer avoids jail time

Singh pled guilty to six counts, including various charges related to wire fraud and one related to campaign finance.

• At trial, he testified that Bankman-Fried lashed out at criticism.
• Kaplan today noted that Singh first learned of the details of the fraud late in the cycle, just two months before FTX collapsed.
• The government had also provided a detailed letter testifying to the value of Singh's cooperation in its case against the exchange's founder.
