Harris hits Trump for showing NABJ "disrespect"

Context: Trump was asked during the NABJ event in Chicago about repeated attacks by some Republicans on Harris' race and gender that baselessly characterized the vice president as a "DEI candidate" chosen because of her race and gender, rather than her merits.

• Trump falsely accused Harris, whose father is Jamaican and mother was Indian American, of previously "only promoting" her Indian heritage.
• Harris graduated from the historically Black college Howard University, joined a historically Black sorority and was a Congressional Black Caucus member.
