President Biden's interview with ABC News' George Stephanopoulos is airing as a primetime special Friday and will be available to stream live.

Why it matters: It's Biden's first television interview after his lackluster performance in last week's presidential debate as calls for him to withdraw as the party's presumptive nominee grow.

The latest: Biden sits down with Stephanopoulos, a "Good Morning America" co-anchor and "This Week" anchor, after a campaign rally in Madison, Wisconsin.

What time is the Biden interview tonight?

The big picture: The ABC News interview will air in its entirety as a primetime special Friday, July 5 at 8pm ET, the network said.

A first look at the interview will air on the Friday edition of "World News Tonight with David Muir," which starts at 6:30pm ET.
The interview also will air in its entirety on "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" on Sunday morning, the network said.

How to stream Biden interview

Zoom in: ABC News said the interview will be available to watch on the ABC app for smartphones and tablets, on its website and connected services, including Roku, AppleTV and Amazon Fire TV.

ABC News also streams live from its YouTube channel.
