Here are this year's new holiday albums from artists including Cher, Pentatonix, Jon Pardi and members of the Philadelphia Eagles.
What we're watching: On top of new releases, five-time Grammy winner Mariah Carey is in the middle of her holiday music tour, Merry Christmas One and All.
Pentatonix: "The Greatest Christmas Hits" available now
The intrigue: This makes the eighth holiday album for a cappella group Pentatonix.
What they're saying: "We like to go outside the typical pool of Christmas songs and we'll pull a lot from movies or things that feel nostalgic that create that sense of holiday magic," singer Mitch Grassi told Axios.
- "We start thinking about Christmas in January. We take the entire year to conceptualize what Christmas will be so it keeps the cheer fun" throughout the year, the group's beatboxer Kevin Olusola says.
Cher: "Christmas" available now
The intrigue: This is the first holiday album for the award-winning singer and actress, who's music dates back to the 1960s.
- Those featured on the album include Michael Bublé, Tyga and Stevie Wonder.
What they're saying: The 77-year-old "Goddess of Pop" spoke about the album at a recent pop-up event for her gelato brand.
"I never wanted to make [a holiday album], but I just started making [holiday] songs and the record company left me alone," Cher told Axios.
Ally Brooke: "Under the Tree"
- This is the first EP of any kind for the former member of Fifth Harmony since the group went on hiatus in 2018. Available now.
RuPaul: "Essential Christmas"
- In addition to this new holiday album, Mama Ru released a deluxe version of 1997's "Ho Ho Ho." Available now.

- Philadelphia Eagles offensive linemen Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata returned to the studio for their second holiday album with proceeds going to local charities. Available Dec. 1.
- The intrigue: Jason's brother and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce appears on the album but don't expect a cameo from the woman the younger Kelce is dating, Taylor Swift.
Gregory Porter: "Christmas Wish"
