How you can share joy this Thanksgiving

I'm thankful for:

  • My Mom, my three siblings and their 11 amazing kids, who encouraged my all-consuming life as a young reporter β€” which must have seemed mysterious and a bit batty. But it led to Axios, and the privilege of visiting with you each morning.
  • My Axios colleagues, more than half of whom have joined us since shutdown. Despite hard times for health and happiness, you're excelling and persevering to build something cool and of consequence. Thank you for your humbling range of talents, and for always going above and beyond for our audience and partners.
  • The Axios audience, which inspires me every day. You're the most interesting, demanding, consequential people in the world. Thank you for supporting our healthy, illuminating, efficient content. And for letting me know when we can do better!

How you can share ... Thank you to my Axios Visuals colleagues Sarah Grillo, Danielle Alberti and Brendan Lynch for the snazzy GIF above, which reminded me of a couple of easy ways to share today's joy:

  • 🍎 I love the No Kid Hungry emphasis on meals when students are out of school. Give here.
  • πŸ₯« Axios AM readers are fans of the "find my food bank" feature from Feeding America. Search for yours here, by ZIP or state.
  • πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ I live in Arlington, Va., and mine is Capital Area Food Bank.
