In response to the flood of sexual harassment and assault allegations, members of both chambers have introduced three bills and requirements aimed at harassment culture in Congress.

"Me Too": Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) Wednesday introduced the "Me Too" Act, calling for more transparency in the harassment complaint process on the Hill.

House training: House Speaker Paul Ryan also announced on Wednesday that all House members and staff will have to complete anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training.

Senate training: The Senate passed legislation last week requiring all senators and staff to go through anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training.
