President Trump spent his Friday morning sending tweet after tweet about everything from health care and fake news to sanctuary cities and Puerto Rico.
Changing tune: After threatening to pull federal responders out of Puerto Rico yesterday, Trump had a different approach on Twitter today, stating that he "will always be with them!"

And reassured PR he'd "always be with them," despite stating yesterday that federal help can't remain "in P.R. forever!":
