Top House Intel Dem on what we could learn from indictment

Rep. Adam Schiff — ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, which is investigating Russian influence on the 2016 election — "can't comment" on whether Special Counsel Robert Mueller is investigating President Trump. But he said an indictment of Paul Manafort would help answer "who gave what to whom" in the months leading up to the election on ABC's This Week.
