Vladimir Putin is in Moldova today, and he's accusing the Obama administration of trying to undermine Trump's legitimacy.
He also dismissed last week's dossier leaks — which suggested Russia had compromising information on Trump — as a hoax, and said he hopes Trump's presidency will allow for the normalization of U.S. relations with his country.
