Trump wants Congress to "terminate" diversity visa program

President Trump asked Congress to terminate the diversity visa lottery program, through which the Manhattan suspect entered the U.S. from Uzbekistan seven years ago. "We have to get much smarter, and we have to get much less politically correct," he said.

"We need quick justice and we need strong justice. Because what we have right now is a joke, and it's a laughingstock," Trump said. He added that he would "certainly consider" sending the attacker to Guantanamo Bay.
